If your reading this then chances are you are tired of living a life that is void of real happiness. You've tried everything, but found that there isn't enough money, "toys", drugs, or alcohol to give you real, or lasting satisfaction.  Well, my friend, don't feel lonely. Many have gone down that same road and at one point or another asked themselves,  IS THIS ALL THERE IS??  Perhaps you've seen, or heard something about those "Jesus freaks" and thought why are they so different. What's up with that anyway. What could be so cool about being a goodie two shoes!   We have all been there and done that and found nothing.  We took the leap of faith and gave Jesus a try and there hasn't been any looking back.

Well, it isn't about being a goodie two shoes because we all still sin, but we know they are forgiven. and we know that our eternal salvation is sealed and when we die, we're gong to Heaven.  We will all die and there is one of two places to go, Heaven, or Hell.  Don't let anyone tell you differently.  The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.  That's when we'll  be judged.     You say "but you don't know what I've done and there is no way God could have anything to do with me." There is good news, because He loves you so much that He sent His only Son to live among us and to pay the supreme sacrifice for us. That is to die for our sins. It doesn't make any difference to Him what you've done. You could be the biggest, badest, biker who has stopped at nothing to climb the ranks including rape, murder, robbery. You could be a professional hooker, slave trader, whatever. The thing you have to realize is that all you have to do is come to Him, confess your sins, and most importantly believe in your heart that Jesus died for you. The Bible tells us if you call on the name of the Lord you will be saved.

If you are at that point in life where you are at the end of your rope, and are tired of the way things are, all you have to do is pray a simple prayer.  Yes, it's that simple, nothing complicated.  You just have to say it from your heart and mean it.  Acknowledge to God that you are a sinner, and you believe that Jesus died for your sins and rose again.  That's it, simple huh?    John 14:6   Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Can't you see now, JESUS is the ONLY way to Salvation, there is no other way.  If you want, just follow this prayer:

Lord, I am a sinner.  I've lived a life of sin and I'm tired of trying to find happiness from temporary sources. I want to become part of your family.  I believe that Jesus, Your only begotten Son, died for me on the cross and shed His precious blood that I might be saved and my sins forgiven.   That He rose from the grave on the third day and is now seated at Your side in Heaven.  I ask you now Jesus to come into my heart and live in me.  I repent of my sins and I will live for you the rest of my life.  In your Holy name I pray, Amen.

If you prayed that prayer, or one like it,  WELCOME to a new and rewarding life.  Your name is now written in the Book of Life, you have forgone the damnation and hell that will come on many.  Here are some steps you need to do next, not in any particular order as they are all important.

1. Make it public.  Romans 10:9 says:  That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.

2.  Stop sinning.  Your past sins are forgiven and remembered no more.    Walk now with Him in your heart, repenting from the way you used to live.  Surround yourself with other believers, they will help you in your new walk, and support you.

Psalms 103:12   As far as the east is from the west, so far hath He removed our transgressions from us.

3.  Find a Bible based God preached church, attend regularly.

4.  Get baptized, this is an important statement of your faith, symbolic of the death, burial,  and resurrection of our Lord Jesus.

 Mark 16:16    He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

 Acts 2:38   Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall received the gift of the Holy Spirit.

5.  READ THE BIBLE DAILY.  You can only learn the Heart of God by reading the book.   He gave it to us and it shows us how we must live our daily lives.
